Info for Customised Watch bands to fit Fitbit Versa 2 or 3 & Samsung Galaxy Watch4

All of our Apple watch bands can be custom made to fit Fitbit Versa 2 or Versa 3 and for Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 at no extra cost

We now have the connector pieces for Fitbit Versa 2 / 3 and Samsung Galaxy Watch4. As of 1 March 22, we have not pre-made these watch bands, it will take us a little while to build up stock, take photo's and add the product pages. 

In the meantime, we can custom make the watch band for you, it will take 2-3 business days.  

Just write in Order Note:

Returns will be accepted for custom made Fitbit Versa bands and Samsung Galaxy bands, as normally we don't accept returns for custom made items. But we will accept Returns according to our Returns Policy for the custom made Fitbit Versa 2 and Versa 3 bands and Samsung Galaxy Watch4 bands. 

Looking for Garmin Bands? Please contact us! We are looking into the Garmin Bands and have already received some connectors. But please do contact us, so we can check the sizing and modal with you before you place your order. 

Free Shipping on all orders valued at $50.00 or more, and $10.00 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling Fee for all orders valued under $50.00.

We source our inventory from quality global jewellery and product designers. In order to keep our products affordable and up-to-date with the latest styles, we partner with suppliers/manufacturers from the US, Australia, Europe and Asia.

Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and the supplier/manufacturer. We aim to offer you the best quality products at an affordable price and at the best shipping option, regardless of where you live. We send our products daily to customers across Australia and the Globe. 

To most destinations delivery takes 10 - 15 business days. Please be mindful that Covid-19 can still cause, on any given day in any given location globally, disruptions to the postal service which leads to delays and delivery time can take anywhere between 10 - 45 business days. We ship our products from within Australia and Overseas, depending on product and destination. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping options and cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If no shipping option is displayed for you at checkout, we currently don't ship to your country, if this is the case for you and you really want to purchase our products, please contact us, info@allorajade.com.au

*For Aussie customers, if you are located in WA or NT or some rural areas, please allow a few extra days, as delivery to WA, NT and some rural areas always seems to take a little longer, sorry for this inconvenience, but it is totally out of our control.

Order Processing
All orders typically ship within 2 to 5 business days. Don't worry, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Depending on your location, it may take 10 to 45 business days for you to receive your order.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 3-5 working days for the tracking information to be active. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us if you have any concerns. 

Customs

Allora Jade is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost could be prior to buying if unsure.

Easy and hassle-free Returns

100% refund if the item you receive is defective or damaged or significantly different as described in the product description. You must contact us and provide photo or video evidence within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information. We will offer you 100% refund or to resend the item. 

We accept returns for any reason for a refund within 30 calendar days delivered to us from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.

Store credit will be issued for returns delivered to us more than 30 calendar days.

You can return anything, except for earrings for hygiene reasons.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit.

Any orders purchased with store credit/ gift card is not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be rejected.
