Create jewellery that fits you perfectly. Our Custom Sizing Service allows you to request personalised bracelet sizes and necklace lengths for selected pieces.

Finding the right length or size shouldn’t be stressful — so we offer a personalised Custom Sizing Service for selected pieces. Each custom order is crafted with care to your exact measurements to ensure the perfect fit and a beautifully comfortable feel.

How to Request a Custom Size

1. Add your jewellery item(s) to your cart. Choose the piece you’d like custom sized.
2. Include your measurement request. You may write your custom size request in the “Order Special Instructions” box at checkout or email us after placing your order. Example: Custom order – wrist size 23 cm or Custom order – necklace length 63 cm.
3. Email us after placing your order. Send a quick email to enq@allorajade.com.au including:

• your order number
• your requested measurement

This helps us double-confirm your sizing before production.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your order and email:

• We will confirm your measurement(s).
• We will update your order with the custom sizing fee.
• You will receive an invoice with a secure “Pay Now” button.
• After payment and final confirmation, our artisan will begin creating your custom-sized piece.

• Custom-sized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault.
• Our standard custom sizing service is $20 AUD for small length adjustments.
• Requests requiring significant additional materials, such as longer gemstone strands, may incur an additional customisation cost. If this applies, we will confirm the price with you before proceeding.
