Shipping Information

At Allora Jade, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
Below is everything you need to know about our shipping timeframes, rates, tracking, and important delivery information.


Shipping Rates

Australia

  • Free Shipping on all orders $79 AUD+

  • Flat Rate $9.95 AUD for orders under $79 AUD

USA 

  • Free Shipping on orders $50 USD+

  • Flat Rate $7.00 USD for orders under $50 USD

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. If no shipping option appears, we currently do not ship to your location — feel free to email us if you have questions.


Where We Ship From

We ship from:

  • Our Australian fulfilment centre

  • Our international fulfilment centre

Your order may be shipped from either location depending on stock availability and the items purchased. This does not affect the shipping timeframe shown at checkout.


Delivery Timeframes

6–12 business days

Rural areas

Please allow a few extra days, as delivery to these regions can take slightly longer.

Delays

Severe weather, holiday peaks, customs inspections, or courier backlogs may occasionally cause unexpected delays. We will contact you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Tracking Your Order

Your shipping confirmation email will include:

  • your tracking number, and

  • a direct link to track your parcel.

Tracking may take 1–3 business days to activate, depending on the courier.
If tracking appears inactive but your order is within the expected timeframe, this is normal.

If you have any concerns, please contact us.


Important: Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect:

  • the courier may be unable to deliver your parcel, and

  • your parcel may be returned to the courier’s depot or marked undeliverable.

If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or uncollected delivery:

  • we do not automatically resend it

  • you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery

  • a $20.00 AUD re-shipping & handling fee applies

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.


Undeliverable Parcels

If tracking shows your parcel was:

  • returned to sender due to incorrect/incomplete address, or

  • returned because it was not collected from the local post office within the required timeframe

please email us at orders@allorajade.com.au with your order number.
A $20.00 AUD re-shipping & handling fee will be required to resend the parcel.


“Delivered” but Not Received

If the courier’s tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel:

  1. Please check with household members, neighbours or building management.

  2. Contact the courier directly to request GPS delivery confirmation.

If nothing is located, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery scan.
We will provide any information needed for you to lodge a “missing parcel” investigation with the courier.

Please note:
We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier but not received.

If you have experienced parcel theft in your area, we strongly recommend using a work address for future orders.


Returns & Exchanges

For returns, exchanges, and refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Customers are responsible for return postage.


Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

For international customers, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if unsure.
