Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and the supplier/manufacturer. We aim to offer you the best quality products at an affordable price and at the best shipping option, regardless of where you live. We send our products daily to customers across Australia and the Globe.
To most destinations delivery takes 10 - 15 business days. Please be mindful that Covid-19 can still cause, on any given day in any given location globally, disruptions to the postal service which leads to delays and delivery time can take anywhere between 10 - 45 business days. We ship our products from within Australia and Overseas, depending on product and destination. All orders typically ship within 2 to 5 business days. Don't worry, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Depending on your location, it may take 10 to 45 business days for you to receive your order.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 3-5 working days for the tracking information to be active. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address, as it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small window to cancel, change or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us, as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

By placing an order at Allora Jade, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Allora Jade. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Delivered but not Delivered
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us or you may contact us within 24 hours of the date 'delivery confirmed' by the courier's tracking information and we will help you with all the information that you require to lodge a 'missing item' with the courier. Please note: we are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.
If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it.
Allora Jade is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost could be prior to buying if unsure.
