Free Shipping on all orders valued at $70 or more, and a $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling Fee for all orders valued under $70.
We source our inventory from quality global jewellery and product designers. In order to keep our products affordable and up-to-date with the latest styles, we partner with suppliers/manufacturers from the US, Australia, Europe and Asia.
Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and the supplier/manufacturer. We aim to offer you the best quality products at an affordable price and at the best shipping option, regardless of where you live. We send our products daily to customers across Australia and the Globe.
To most destinations delivery takes 10 - 15 business days. Please be mindful that severe weather events, on any given day in any given location globally, can cause disruptions to the postal service which leads to delays and delivery time can take anywhere between 10 - 45 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping options and cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If no shipping option is displayed for you at checkout, we currently don't ship to your country, if this is the case for you and you really want to purchase our products, please contact us, info@allorajade.com.au
*For Aussie customers, if you are located in WA or NT or some rural areas, please allow a few extra days, as delivery to WA, NT and some rural areas always seems to take a little longer, sorry for this inconvenience, but it is totally out of our control.

Order Processing
All orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. Don't worry, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Depending on your location, it may take 10 to 45 business days for you to receive your order.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 3-5 working days for the tracking information to be active. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Wrong Address
Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address, as it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small window to cancel, change or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us, as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

Please note that your parcel will not always be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect and or unknown. Most delivery companies send the parcel to a sorting facility where the parcel is than destroyed.
If the tracking information shows that your parcel was returned to Sender due to incorrect and or unknown address and or failure to collect the parcel from your local post office. You will need to contact us via email: orders@allorajade.com.au with your order number and you will have to pay a $15.00 AUD Shipping and Handling fee to cover the costs incurred for us to resend your parcel to you.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter a correct shipping address and or to collect their order within the noted timeframe from their local post office. We do not automatically resend returned undeliverable parcels and we do not contact the buyer of the returned undeliverable parcel, as it is the buyers responsibility to contact us in regards to their returned undeliverable parcel.
Customs
Allora Jade is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost could be prior to buying if unsure.
