Our simple and pretty 'Nunyara' necklace is available in Turquoise and White Howlite.

It is used for creativity, calm communication, to strengthen memory, heighten awareness and patience, and encourage emotional expression. Howlite has a lovely soothing energy that can help to alleviate insomnia, especially when caused by an overactive mind, and absorbs stress, tension, anxiety and other intense emotions. White Howlite is known to represent the spiritual qualities of stillness, tenderness, and open-mindedness.

'Nunyara' means 'to make well' (that is, restored to good health) in the Kaurna language, spoken and understood by the Kaurna people, the First Nations People of Adelaide and the Adelaide Plains.
