TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. REDEMPTION

Gift Cards must be redeemed at www.allorajade.com.au toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s Gift Card account. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid by using a payment method accepted by Allora Jade. We may from time to time provide Gift Card buyers with information about the redemption status of their Gift Cards purchased.

2. LIMITATIONS

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

    3. RISK OF LOSS & TITLE

    The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the customer, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

    4. FRAUD

    Allora Jade will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases in our online store.

    5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Allora Jade and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be replacement of said Gift Card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.

    6. DISPUTES

    Any dispute relating in any way to Allora Jade Gift Cards, in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties, exceeds $5,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

    Free Shipping to Australia on all orders valued at $30 or more, delivery time 10-15 business days, and Free Shipping to the rest of World on all orders valued $50 or more, delivery time 10-45 days.

    We source our inventory from quality global jewellery and product designers. In order to keep our products affordable and up-to-date with the latest styles, we partner with suppliers/manufacturers from the US, Australia, Europe and Asia.

    Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and the supplier/manufacturer. We aim to offer you the best quality products at an affordable price and at the best shipping option, regardless of where you live. We send our products daily to customers across Australia and the Globe. 

    Delivery time can take anywhere between 10 - 45 business days. To most destinations it takes 10 - 15 business days. We ship our products from within Australia and Overseas, depending on product and destination.     If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    Shipping options and cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If no shipping option is displayed for you at checkout, we currently don't ship to your country, if this is the case for you and you really want to purchase our products, please contact us, info@allorajade.com.au

    *For Aussie customers, if you are located in WA or NT or some rural areas, please allow a few extra days, as delivery to WA, NT and some rural areas always seems to take a little longer, sorry for this inconvenience, but it is totally out of our control.

    Order Processing
    All orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. Don't worry, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Depending on your location, it may take 10 to 45 business days for you to receive your order.

    Tracking Your Order

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 3-5 working days for the tracking information to be active. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us if you have any concerns. 

    Customs

    Allora Jade is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost could be prior to buying if unsure.

    Easy and hassle-free Returns

    100% refund if the item you receive is defective or damaged or significantly different as described in the product description. You must contact us and provide photo or video evidence within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information. We will offer you 100% refund or to resend the item. 

    We accept returns for any reason for a refund within 30 calendar days delivered to us from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.

    Store credit will be issued for returns delivered to us more than 30 calendar days.

    You can return anything, except for earrings, straws, toothbrushes for hygiene reasons.

    You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit.

    Any orders purchased with store credit/ gift card is not eligible for return or exchange.

    Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be rejected.
